A Pension Mortgage is a type of interest-only Mortgage where the Capital is repaid from the proceeds of a pension.


Q: How do they work?

A: The pension part is funded by investing your mortgage capital in stock market shares, which means the value of your pension can go up and down massively between the policy start and end dates.
