Thank you for getting back to me so soon. I must say that I have been a member of [competitors] in the past but this is by far the best credit reference agency. The information is really well laid out and clear and provides all possible information. Also with the other agencies you normally have to wait a while to get a response if you have a query, so I must say your customer service is excellent.

Brilliant site!! Really comprehensive for all the avid Bank "’box-tickers’ out there who tell the politicians they are still lending. You'll be pleased to know that your website came recommended by a close friend who actually used an up-to-date print out of his data ,to win an appeal with an [major bank] lending panel, to convince them that a relatively small credit card arrears were still on file, (£800..from our good friends [major bank]!!!), which had been cleared some time before his current loan application!! He subsequently, successfully obtained his personal loan from them!!

I would like to send some thanks to some members of staff who whenever I have queries always without fail show great customer service and a very speedy response...something I don't often find these days. Since joining checkmyfile there have been occasions when something has gone wrong and every time it has been my bank's fault (stopping a debit card before expiry or not transferring a direct debit), but each time I have raised an issue I've always had quick, informative and easy to follow reponses from your team.
