How do I add my mobile number to my account?

If you’d like to use your mobile number for multi-factor authentication instead of your email address, here’s how to add it to your account:

Mobile

Step 1 – Click on your initials at the top-right of the page.

Step 2 – Scroll down until you see the phone number field, then click ‘Add phone number’.

Step 3 – Enter your mobile number where prompted, followed by ‘Send verification code’.

Desktop

To locate the 'Details' tab on a desktop, you'll need to click on your initials at the bottom, left-hand side of the page. Then follow step 2. 

Once added, we’ll store your number to facilitate multi-factor authentication. You can change your mobile number at any time.
