Not receiving our emails?
It’s worth checking the following things if your password reset email isn’t coming through:
Are you using the right email address? If you’re not sure, check where you received your welcome email.
Check your junk/spam folders.
Are you using a work email address rather than a personal one? Enterprise email addresses can block or filter out emails like our password reset links.
Are you using Wi-Fi or mobile data? Switching from one to the other can sometimes help push the email through.
Is your inbox full? Your email provider should let you know if this happens, and prompt you to free up some space to receive further emails.
