I live overseas, can I still use your service?

We provide UK credit reports only. If you don’t hold any credit agreements in the UK, or aren’t registered on the Electoral Roll, it’s unlikely that we’d be able to return a credit report for you.

If you’ve been away for more than six years…

Most information contained within your credit report is held for six years. If you've lived outside of the UK for longer than this, and don't hold any active credit accounts in the UK, your credit files with the credit reference agencies will likely be thin.

If you're returning to the UK...

If you're in the process of opening accounts in the UK, it usually takes 4-6 weeks for new information to filter through to your credit report, so it might be better to check back in a few weeks.

Registering on the Electoral Roll, if you are eligible, would be a good way to start building a credit report presence.
