You can save a copy of your report no matter what device you’re using. Remember to log in regularly and update your report to see any changes, rather than relying on the copy you’ve stored.

To download your PDF report

Step 1 - Click ‘Create PDF’ at the bottom of the ‘Home’ page.

Step 2 – Wait a few seconds for the PDF to generate, and when it’s ready click ‘Download PDF’ (this may take longer depending on the length of your report).

Step 3 – Your PDF report will then open in a new window.

Can’t see a ‘Create PDF’ button?

If the PDF download function isn’t available, you’ll instead see the option to ‘Print/save my file’.

You can still manually save your report as a PDF using one of the following methods:

Saving your credit report on a desktop computer

Step 1 – Click ‘Print/save my file’ at the bottom of the ‘Home’ page.

Step 2 – Click ‘Print/Save’ to display the print options.

Step 3 – From the drop-down printer options, select ‘Save as PDF’.

Step 4 – Click ‘Save’.

Step 5 – Choose where to save the PDF and click ‘Save’.

Saving your credit report on an iOS device

Step 3 – Click ‘Options’.

Step 4 – Select ‘PDF’ from the list and click ‘Done’.

Step 5 – Click ‘Save to Files’ and choose where to save the PDF.

Saving your credit report on an Android device

Step 4 – Click the download PDF icon.

Step 5 – Choose where to save the PDF and click ‘Save’.

Your report holds sensitive financial data and should only be shared with people you trust.
