My account is blocked, what should I do?

There are a few things that could have caused the auto-blocking of your account:

  • You already have an existing account.

  • We’ve noticed unusual activity.

  • We’ve received a request to do so.

  • We’ve had difficulty verifying your identity.

  • There’s been an issue with your payment method.
